How to make the cards
- Choose the letters. Capital letters or small letters, beside the heading.
- Choose a card size and how many cards. From 1 to 40 cards. Each card gets its own pick of letters in its own order. "New cards" deals them all again.
- Press Print. Your browser opens its print window with every page ready. The pages fit US Letter and A4 paper. To keep a file, choose the print window's "Save as PDF" where your browser offers it.

A 5 by 5 card holds 24 of the 26 letters, so every card is missing two, and which two changes from card to card.
How to play letter bingo
- Give each player a card and something to cover squares with.
- The caller picks a letter from the calling list, says it and ticks it off. Say the letter's name, or its sound: whichever your class is working on.
- Players who have the letter cover it.
- The first player to cover a whole row, column or corner-to-corner line calls "Bingo!" and reads the letters back.
